Help me be a KaosPilot! I've posted this to AskMefi before, but hopefully the bunnies here can help me out.

I'm applying to the KaosPilots, a social enterprise school based in Denmark. To be able to be a KaosPilot, I need to get enough support and funding to cover my tuition, travel, and living costs. Budget is here.
[More:]
I'm in the process of applying for a couple of grants and scholarships (sent an app for one off a few days ago) but they are rather hard to find as most of them are for a non-profit organization, not for student fees. the KaosPilots don't yet have a scholarship program though they're considering one, and I've been turned down by the Danish Ministry of Education countless times.

I am co-organizing a Naked Lady Party (clothes swap) and will possibly have a fundraising houseparty and other similar events. I am also looking at all other avenues for support - what can I do?

I'm thinking of selling "shares" in my venture, make it crowdfunded, but I'm not sure what I can offer my "shareholders" besides regular reports, thank-you events, and access to networks. If you were buying a share in me to allow me to get my KaosPilot education, what would you want in return?

What else could I do/sell/etc to get enough money? I'm an absolute novice at craft though I can write pretty well. I'm trying to look for tutoring gigs (and other jobs) here but haven't been totally successful.

What other sources of grants/scholarships/etc would be good? I'm Bangladeshi, of Malaysian permanent residency (I was born in Malaysia and had been there most of my life, but due to an immigration quirk I am not a citizen), currently studying in Australia. Malaysia's having elections soon so I'll wait till the new ministers get in to write to them. Am considering writing to the Australian government too - they're usually really responsive!

I have a blog documenting my progress, and would like to explore web-based options. WP.COM doesn't allow ads, though if I get hosting & domain I can move it across and put ads on. I was thinking of people sponsoring kilometres or months worth of tuition. How else can I utilize my website?

So many options, not sure what to do with them all!! Thank you for the help!
Wow, Divabat. When it comes to money I'm total crap, I just wanted to wish you good luck. A friend of mine just got in to the first year of the Kaospilots in Stockholm and it's a great school.

Div, I just went through everything you posted, even googled a bunch of stuff (mainly--how to become a Kaospilot--I actually thought that was some cool pilot training programme when I first read it on your Twitter page), and found your name all over the place). I have no idea what to do but whatever you're doing seems to be getting noticed, and hopefully you'll get the advice you need:)

dabitch: !!! Who was it? I got shortlisted to the Stockholm school so I may know your friend.

hadjiboy: lol, nah, no aspirations of flying planes. I have a lot of wellwishes but not enough advice, bah. XD
