You-oughta-know-it's-annoying filter. →[More:]When you call someone from your cell phone and you can't hear them when they answer, call back. ONCE. Because if you can't hear them the second time, there's a good chance that you won't be able to hear them the third time, or the fourth time, or the fifth. And five phone calls in two minutes where no verbal information is exchanged is entirely too many. Wait 15 minutes until you have a better signal. Please. You oughta know.

That you have no idea who had the mobile number before you if it is the right number and calling repeatedly with their location and history will not change the answer of "I have no idea, you have the wrong number"?

Calling at 11:57am so you won't technically be calling during the lunch hour is a dick ass move. The only exception is if you're calling to offer me a free lunch.
