Metachattalk: Help me find a MeFi or Metachat post from the fall of 2006 involving a blog with tons of old horror records in MP3 format.[More:]

The linked blog was a wealth of recordings from the 1950's and 1960's. There were your run of the mill haunted house records, horror story records, and stuff like Alfred Hitchcock's 'Music to be Murdered By' LP.

I know this was posted in the fall of '06 either here or there, but dammit if I can't find the link. Any like-minded blogs would also be appreciated. The art collective I've been recruited into is holding a Valentine's Day zombie party and I'm lined up as a DJ. My aim is to scare and delight.
Oh yeah, I vaguely remember that. I don't know where it is, but here's a WFMU horror mix thingy. I did also find this and this.

And Holy Crap, I also have a link to an awesome mp3 blog called Egg City Radio. There's a little something for everyone there - AC/DC to Fear to New Wave to Kraut Rock to The Price is Right. We are really not worthy. I was going to make a post about it, but didn't want to draw too much attention to it. So I'm sorry for going off topic, but I think the link will make up for it.

I don't know what post you saw, but I downloaded that Hitchcock album here from the Cool Kooky Hip and Groovy Blog. A blog with the great name of Mostly Ghostly Music Sharing Blaaahhhggg!!! also linked to the same albums. A zombie Valentine's Day sounds awesome!

Wow, hellbient, I've got the scarstuff stuff, but that creativetechs.com link is great.

The page might not've been a blog - I remember the LP covers being laid out in a grid pattern.

iconomy, I wanted to hold a Valentine's Day haunted house a few years back when I was a member of another collective, but could never drum up the support. This group of people, though, are seasoned party planners and this should be a lot of fun. We're in Dallas and if anyone wants to come, let me know and I'll hook you up with the details.

Item - go to the bottom of the CreativeTechs page I linked to, I think therein lies the grid you speak of.

Or perhaps not, as it's more Scarstuff stuff...
