My hardcore gaming tends toward turn-based strategy and rhythm games instead of twitch gaming, but I'm thinking of picking it up.

Ever played the original? Those were hard as fuck as well. I've been curious about C4, because it looks sweet! I settled on Phantom Hourglass, but still might pick up Contra 4 at some point.
