Hangin' at the airport with Lipstick Thespian! Hey! I got to hang out this afternoon with LT, who had a layover here in Atlanta on his way to sunny California. It was awesome!→[More:] We had beer and ate delicious cookies (THANKS, Miko!!), shot the shit and solved many of the world's problems while we waited for his connecting flight. Glad we finally got to meet in person, buddy- that was too cool!

I do if they have a stop-over here, and let me know about it ahead of time! So, next time you're goin' to Florida, definitely let me know. :)

(And yes, this is the same airport bar/restaurant where the partner and I hung out with mike9322 and his daughter one day last summer. Not a lot of dining choices at the airport...)

Did you say SUNNY California? Well, it was pretty nice today but there are storms moving in to rain on us for the next 4 days (hitting SF tomorrow AM and LA tomorrow PM) with the worst of it expected on Friday... "heaviest single storm since 2005". Of course, those are Weather Forecasts, and they have been wrong before - often.

Still, it never rains on the Rose Parade on New Years, but for the week after, always expect to get wet.
