Colin Blunstone's One Year [More:]One of the best "Sunday morning" albums (that has absolutely nothing to do with Jesus) that includes love, strings, and absolute beauty in the form of 70s songwriting and hushed vocals (from the lead singer of The Zombies!!!!!), and you've got less than a week to download it because I sent it to some friends. And if you don't know what Sunday morning albums are then you're way more lost than most people should be. Sorry. Get someone to explain it.

I love you.
For those who may find that offensive, download that album and stay in bed with the one you love next Sunday--light a candle maybe? MMMmmmm, strings and the ethereal voice of Colin Blunstone. Yeah, Sunday mornings are made for that.

I can't wait to listen to this when I get home. I adore Colin Blunstone. "Say You Don't Mind" is one of my all-time favourite songs.

Mrs Slack was going through my CDs just yesterday to add stuff to her MP3 player and whe pulled some Zombies, which led to us discussing how incredible Blunstone's voice is. You're right about that album being one of the best Sunday morning records-it's also been a long time headphone fave of mine when I'm in bed at night. Seeing Blunstone and Argent live a few years ago was one of my concert highlights of all time.

Oh, this is just wonderful... WONDERFUL! Thank you. That string quartet on "Say You Don't Mind" ... I'm in seventh heaven here.
