Restauraunt menu choices [More:]

What dressing do you want on your house salad?

Peas or Lima Beans?

Fries or Baked Potato?

Bleau Cheese, Limas, Baked.

Vinagrette, Peas, and the choice of potato depends on what the entree is.

Ranch. Can I substitute broccoli? No? Oh, okay. And what bmarkey said.

Are we allowing substitutions? If so, haricot verts for the peas and risotto con funghi for the spud. And a nice bottle of wine, thanks.

What dressing do you want on your house salad?

Anything as long as it's made in-house. Barring that, I'd like some 5-year aged balsamic vinegar (organic) and extra virgin olive oil, please.

Peas or Lima Beans?

I'm embarassed to admit that I've never been able to develop a taste for Lima Beans. I'll take the peas, as long as they're fresh and reasonably local.

Fries or Baked Potato?

It depends: if they're the sort of chips Heston Blumenthal makes, I'd LOVE some. Otherwise, I'll take a baked maris piper, please. This curried cream cheese topping, as well.

Thousand Island, limas, baked potato
(though I'd rather substitute collard greens or maybe creamed spinach, not being a huge fan of potatoes)

I'll have what PaxDigita is having. Make it happen!
