Take a browse through the Madeline catalog from Germany. A friend went to Germany and brought a few back. I would dress like this everyday in my next life. Or this life, if I had one. They aren't for everybody: I haven't seen brass buttons, or crests, or gold chain belts for a while, but I like it! It reminds me of eighties glamor without the shoulder pads and bubble skirts. The clothes aren't especially unique, but there is something so appealing about them.

It's probably the close cut, or that every page is color coordinated. Or the models, with their glamorous hair and sunglasses and bling. Or, all of the above. European clothes are so much better!
