It really depends on the "*" for me.

If it's a celebrities name, then I'd go for AreYou*.com.
If it's a something that applies to an individual, (stupid, ugly, whatever) I'd go for AmI*.com.

So,
AreYouNicoleRichie.com
AmIRetarded.Com
