Insanely beautiful woman doing overhead squats This is Nicole Carroll, a trainer at CrossFit Santa Cruz. I have a crush on her. [More:]

This video chronicles her struggle to achieve a 15-rep set of bodyweight overhead squats. Please bear in mind that the overhead squat is extremely tough and that doing one rep of bodyweight in this exercise would be a cause for some serious struttin'. Doing ten to fifteen reps of bodyweight puts you solidly in the hardcore zone.

She demonstrates a lot of heart.

Awesome. And she is proof that intensive weight training results in a fabulous body, not this.

Thank you. And that picture you link to demonstrates the kind of results you get from chemical assistance. People who shoot for those kind of results aren't doing weight training; they're doing recreational endocrinology.

Indeed.

We should all strive for booty strength of this caliber.

My knees hurt after watching that. Whenever I try squats the left one makes this horrid grinding sound.

Thank you. I'm a big fan of CrossFit, even though I'm too much of a wussy to do the workout of the day. For now, at least. They're a very innovative bunch.

Sorry if it caused yez any pain or suffering but just remember:

That which does not kill me, only makes me quote Nietzsche.
