Nomic exploratory committee formed. Just now. By me. Right here. I'm working on an idea—
this idea, specifically—and am looking for feedback and interested parties.

If you don't know what Nomic is, it is, briefly, a game of self-modification: proposing (and arguing and voting on) changes to the rules themselves
is the game. For way, way, more info, see my
recent post on mefi (which is what got me thinking about this in the first place).
If you're interested in the idea, give the ruleset document a read and let me know what you think: is anything egregiously missing? Wrong? What do you think would be needed for a proper starting point, based on this?
If you'd be interested in actually having a go at a game some time soon, cool; I'd want to do some organizing and make sure we have at least a half-dozen folks capable of being fairly dedicated to a game, and if that comes together, faboo. I may make a Metatalk post at some point in the future to get more Mefi eyeballs on ti as well, if the draft here shapes up to be pretty workable.
Nerd powers go!
