San Francisco meetup and TMBG September 30th! →[More:]They Might Be Giants are going to be playing at the Fillmore on Sunday, September 30th at 8:00 pm. Ambrosia Voyeur, Contraption, Mudpuppie, and yours truly will be there. Will you be there or will you be a rectangular thingge?

Damn straight!

I would really like some SF mefite to help me out with picking up the tickets. I want to avoid the $18 in fees for a pair that LiveNation wants to get them ordered over the web.

You want me there. I'm crazy for Linnell. And I've got a mefite +1.

I haven't bought tickets yet. The Fillmore answering machine says that tickets are available at the box office on Sundays between 10 and 4 except for major holidays so we'll see if that's the case this weekend. They also have a six ticket per person limit. Since mudpuppie and Ambrosia Voyeur were there at ground zero, I was going to pick up their tickets for them. All of this means I can pick up another two tickets at current count. Of course, this is all predicated on the office being open on Sunday.

The Fillmore site lists them at $28.50 a head. I don't know if there will be sales tax or anything added on top of that, though.
