Tax dollars at work.... So I just received this email from my friend:→[More:]"okay. so i'm standing in line at the downtown library a couple of minutes ago and there's one of those display boards next to the counter. and in it, there's a cutout picture of a big cat head and text that says, "i is in ur library reading ur books." like, it was BEHIND GLASS. our tax dollars pay for public displays of lolcats."

I would like to go on record as saying that I think this is a FANTASTIC use of public funds. I'm not being sarcastic, either.
