At the risk of betraying a confidence, here's an email my nephew composed to Lightning McQueen of the "Cars" movie. →[More:]

It's really a Word document. When he read it out loud he said halfway through, "this part is kind of confusing."

I BOP HIM UTB. LIGHTNING THUNDER HATE FIG AS U CM FROM VIRGINIA SO THAT WE ARE SAFE HOW I BOP HIM WE AND AS SOUND AS A NOISE THE BLACK EARS AND WHITE MOUSTACHE THE TRUCK MACS U PLAY WITH THE TOYS DOESN'T IT SO MAYEE THE OTHER PARTS ARE NICE.

My brother told him how to spell a few words as he asked but my nephew typed it.

It all seems to be a string of passing references. The black ears and white moustache represent his dog, a schipperke. I think he wants Lightning to know that he comes from Virginia, plays with his dog (bopping him and making noise), and plays with toy cars.

If you come to NYC, I'll show you a picture, he's pretty adorable. But it's not up to me to put him on the internet (and I wouldn't if it was), so unfortunately, you either gotta meet me or him to see him.
