The Cartoon Dog in the Animated Anti-Marijuana Spot Makes Me Sad →[More:]that's all.

If my dog asked me to quit smoking marijuana, like now, but I said "maybe next week", I would totally expect him to leave the house and go raise a flag of himself all alone.

That is the part that makes me sad.

No one should make the family dog go off by himself to raise a flag of loneliness.

No, but you think there is. Right before God appears and you start laughing like an idiot, then get all spooked and lower the blinds, then it hits you that man are you hungry and so you stand in front of the fridge for what seems like an hour but is only like a minute and you turn to your friend and say what day is it, man? and he gets all deep on your ass and then it's back to the blinds and suddenly you remember what it was that God just told you and now nap time.

I knew a guy who really, really loved his cat. The guy also smoked a lot of pot, and was well aware that the cat hated it, and would leave the room whenever the guy lit up. That ad sort of reminds me of that guy.

I'm grilling, else I'd engage more!

I dated a girl in college whose roommate had a really freaky cat. The roommate swore that the cat was so weird because it had consumed too much second-hand pot smoke.

I think it was a good theory.

Theres another one similar to that, the moral of which I think is something along the lines of "If you smoke pot, aliens will come by and take potential love interests away from you."

My late cat always received catnip whenever there was pot being smoked. He eventually came to have an operant conditioning reaction to the sight of paraphernalia or the sound of a lighter. I think he kind of liked secondhand smoke too.

I agree with Claudia. The other one that makes me want to spark up is the one where the kid is feeling all self-righteous about driving his friends around when they're high. We like to yell, "Sucker!" at him.
