Something like this happened to me last week. Though I'm normally careful, and never one of those people to turn around without first looking behind me, a little kid tripped over my big fat boot and went sprawling. All I'd done was turn my feet from facing the counter to facing the door; hadn't even turned my body. I felt terrible, and I made sure to apologize directly to the little girl. Good thing kids are indestructible.

omg. I certainly hope that child in the animation is indestructible! She (?) landed really scarily weirdly. Gah.

This is why I never had kids. Breakdancers.

In 2007, I'd have thought getting kicked in the head by a breakdancer was about as much a danger as being mowed down by a Yugo.
