Three point update, stat! I'm baaaack! I missed you, bunnies!→[More:]

What's going on? How are you? What'd I miss?!?

1. I was in Florida, visitn' my mom and my little bruddah. He is graduamated from college now!

2. I am swamped with work, eeeee.

3. My gliders missed me and crawled in my shirt when I saw them and went to sleep all by themselves. And then they pooped on me. If that's not love, I don't know what is.

1. after the last two games, the idea of watching tonight's makes me feel vaguely ill, like before a dentist appointment. I will anyways.
2. huge drama over the weekend has been resolved, and although I am hesitant to say much at this point, the potential is for things to be Better Than Ever in a couple months.
3. I had a mind blowingly amazing and accurate palm reading last night.

1) Today I wore a summer dress from about 15 years ago, when we first visited Greece together on vacation. Whee!

3) Almost feeling at home; the new house is faboo, but it's still taking some time to feel like it's "my house" (as expected).

1. Just got back from a field trip to the zoo. Saw some tamarins...oh how I love them. My kid seems to be quite well-liked among her classmates and that makes me absurdly happy.
2. Both kids are napping. Sweet, sweet silence.
3. Despite the fact that mr. rossi has been getting up with the baby 3 nights a week, I'm still exhausted. F-ing infants and their tiny bellies.

1. Speaking at two conferences soon- not sure what I'm supposed to say or what I'm going to say. Probably won't decide until I open my mouth when I'm there.
2. Eating apple + turkey sandwich for lunch.
3. Pilates tonight- my pilates teacher has an obnoxious habit of commenting on my personal appearance every week. This might be my last week at pilates.

3a. Update - just walked by boss's office and she appears to be gone for the day. Leaving early for sure.
3b. Pips, I envy you. I am up every day by 5 at the latest, many days at 4. Even on the weekends, the animals/need to pee/my back get me up at 6:30/7.

1) I keep getting weird, sporadic cramps.
2) Boss was less grumpy today, so she must have been feeling better. She seemed to catch herself before swearing at the technology a bit more.

Speck! How didja like the smoke down here?

1. First day of summer term! Cannot decide which of 3 totally-over-my-head math courses to take! (I went to all 3 today. Fun!)

2. Dropped money for the first time on "serious" makeup (and haircutting shears), not just cheap kiddie eyeshadow for messing with. Sephora better be fuckin' worth it.

3. Anybody want to buy Generation T off me? Brand new!

1. Had a fight with a best friend. Long time coming. Actually might do a shouting post about it tomorrow.
2. My father-in-law just gets worse. Wheelchair bound, just lost his voice, which they found was due to pneumonia. We feel that he's just shutting down. This long, slow death is horrible to the victim, and torture to the family.
3. Glad I have you guys to lift my spirits and listen to me vent.

The work on my floor will be delayed until tomorrow because the receptionist did not listen to me when I tried to tell her that I could give her the insurance info. My plan was to get the floor cleaned before I had the carpets returned and the two done before the appliances were taken away and the construction started. Now I don't know if I can get the carpets brought back Thursday.

Ran into the spoiled prince's wife and baby in the elevator--she thought I blew up last week because of the construction next door (which I had thought was his). No, it's because he's the catalyst why I've been sleeping on the floor for over three years! She already knows this.

The big dinner I'd planned with my father is about to implode--his friend said 8:15 pm was too late for him and his daughter said she wouldn't be able to make it. I still need a fourth for my birthday dinner and I wish it could be scody or my other. My aunt and uncle come in on Thursday to prepare for the Summer of Love show at the Whitney and I will not be able to show off my place.
