Summer Plans? [More:]

I received a brochure for this in the mail today. I'm particularly drawn to the workshop: Meaninglessness, Despair, and Alienation. A real picker-upper. Followed by a festive pool party: Wallow, Flail, and Drown.

Actually, this stuff looks kind of cool... definitely better than the mausoleum brochures I've been getting lately. Do they know something I don't?

Note the 10% discount on Soul Searching.
I would love to do something like this. Psychoanalysis by day, sightseeing by night.

Carl Jung: the Madame Blavatsky of psychotherapy

I am not a fan of Carl Jung.

I love Jung. He may have made it all up, but what he had to say resonated with the way humans of an artistic bent have construed the world since the earliest recorded time.

That being said, I'm kind of more of a beach person than an Meaninglessness, Alientation, Despair person.

Lounging on a warm Mediterranean beach drinking rum drinks and discussing Carl Jung sounds kind of cool to me. Miko drop me an e-mail. I think we need to write up a business plan.

Here's the tagline: Join us in The Hero's Journey....to the tiki bar for another margarita.

It's fun to consider which Jungian archetype you most fall into... Mother, Child, Hero, Shadow? Some combination? I think I'm a mother/shadow combo myself...

I crave discounted soul searching. It matches my shoes. And like my shoes, it might get me somewhere.

LOL!

Picking between Jung and Freud, I like Jung. Reading Freud makes me feel bad. Reading Jung makes me feel good.

B.F. Skinner is right out.
