I'm an ok photographer! I just started a Flickr stream of the pix from my Sony k750i's 2Mpix camera. They turn out to be pretty good!→[More:]
The advantage is I am totally attached to/love my mobile phone and having a camera on it means I take pictures. I'm getting decent at composing point and shoot. Next phone will be a CyberShot for sure, and I might get a decent camera (after I buy my condenser mic of course, for the podcast!)

Any other mobile phone photogs here?

I loved my K750i and got a K800i when they came out. The K800i has a real flash vs. the light on the K750i and a 3.2mp lens. I try to take pix in too low of light surreptitiously w/o the flash and they don't turn out to well.

Some of the photos on flickr tagged K800i or K750i are amazing. I'd say 90% of the pix I take are for photographic memory purposes -- the wine label, the song on the radio, etc -- and aren't too artistic. But it is badass to be able to take a picture with the phone and email it to flickr or to a friend while on holiday.

Self-Flickr-links are the best!

I've considered getting a camera phone for this very reason, but since I literally never leave the house without my digital camera, it's probably redundant.
