You people are crazy. You're all talking as if there's some female in this clip, but there's clearly only one person even present, and that's the silver-haired bloke on guitar.

(incidentally, isn't this the performance where she attacked someone in another band during the commercial break?)

Does she sing like that all the time? I haven't heard her before, and that's not the sound I was imagining.

But I kinda like the Dap-Kings, so I'm torn. It's like how I feel about Roots Tonic. Also, why not pick a duet song? Marvin Gaye sang a ton of 'em. 'Your Precious Love' is probably my favorite, but 'Ain't No Mountain High Enough' might be a better choice.

box, she's a little more restrained on record. And yeah, that's not exactly my first choice for a duet.

That said, I rather liked it. She's a little overblown, but imagine what would have happened had it been Weller and, say, Mariah Carey.
