I just went to the gym for the first time in years and it was good!
→[More:]Got my new membership yesterday and today I spent a couple hours with a trainer designing a program. I'm feeling good about this because a bunch of friends and coworkers go too so I'll have workout buddies. Hopefully it sticks.
I'm most excited about swimming, which is my favorite thing ever. I'm also trying to put together a pickup game of dodgeball or something a couple times a month.
