I'm sitting in bed with my laptop, the boyfriend is still sleeping and→[More:]possibly dreaming of naughty things - based on the noises he's making. Should I wake him up? I've been up for about four hours and am getting bored.
I was asleep at about 11.30pm last night. He woke me up at about 2am when he came home from work, but I went back to be shortly after that. He could have been up until 7am, I have no clue. It is 2pm now.
I have tried snuggling, but to no avail. I've also tried fidgiting, and getting up several times. He's dead to the outside world.
In addition, there is a Law and Order marathon on USA, which I am excited about, but I've seen all these already. Boo.
If you think he might be dreaming of naughty things, a quick peek under the covers should confirm it.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's not uncommon for men to get erections when they sleep and/or when they are just waking up. Since it's (at least for most of us) not possible to pee and have sex at the same time, a lot of guys get what's commonly known as a "piss hard-on" in the morning which helps keep us from wetting the bed or something.
That said, a piss hard-on is handy for lots of other things too and most men wouldn't mind being woke up by their lady draped over them and ready to go.
You just have to ask yourself "What Would Lenny Briscoe Do?"
Turn to Lenny. Lenny will guide you right.

No, both genders manufacture a higher level of an antidiuretic hormone during sleep that slows urine production in the kidneys down. Morning wood has nothing to do with it. *the more you know*
