yeh. go zero tolerance. you think that's bad? three years ago the legal clinic i worked with in chicago defended a 2nd grader from expulsion to the alternative school with the drug dealers and misdemeanor assaults for picking up a spent ammunition cartridge and carrying it onto the playground in his pocket.
