Seems like a few years ago I read several that were very good and then they disappeared. I'm really curious about the whole experience. Blogs that go into all the gory day-to-day details would be my ideal.

The organization is a bit of a mess, so you'll have to hunt around for the entries done while in culinary school, but the woman who writes The Grub Report was in culinary school when I started reading it, and many of her older entries are about that experience (and the newer ones are still about cooking and food, so it's worth checking out anyway).

Not a culinary school blog, but I read megnut more closely now that it is a foodie blog.

I have a friend attending NECI I could ask, but my guess is Googling "NECI blogger" or "New England Culinary Institute blogger" might work. Not so sure about "CIA blog" so try "Culinary Institute of America blog".
