Hmmm. Can't help you with the source, except to say that they look Italian, and probably from the early 80's. They remind me a lot of the Color Climax videos, which could also mean that they're Danish, but the interiors and the people's faces remind me more of Italy.
Also, listening to Joe Cocker and watching people do the horizontal bop is very amusing. And what's with the guy keeping his shoes on? Oh, sure, that's sexy. *pfft*

I so hate the 'landing strip' and the pre-pubescent shaved looks. It's so....... what. Fiddly. I don't expect to run into stubble "down there". It's a little back-taking, if you know what I mean.
