I thought I had stopped studying Palestine some months ago but shit seems to be accreting in my mind about it nevertheless. Perhaps from all the political junk mail I get on a daily basis.

It's weird to have attentive students listening to me. I rustled up several previous speeches and had frantic scrawled notes but I didn't use a one of them.

Have another speech Thursday on civil liberties, that's for the home team though so shouldn't be a problem. Ten minuter. Last gig for them had the very good Harvey, though, so he's hard to compete with.

I had a big mezes platter and a glass of red wine for lunch and am now guzzling coffee.
