I just saw a TV ad for Mr. Sub, a chain of sub sandwich stores in Canada. A chicken walks on screen and spots a chicken sub sandwich. The chicken approaches and smells the sandwich. A tear rolls down the chickens face. Stavros? asks the chicken.

WTF?

Remember that ad for Dell tech support where the guy bombards the phone guy with questions which he all answers and then the customer ends with 'I like pancakes. Do you like pancakes?'

Some ad wizard is reading mefi. I say we hang him, then we tattoo him, and then we kill him.

Totally freaky... but just a coinckidinkie, I bet.

It's about chicken souvlaki sandwiches, and "Stavros" is a Greek name, so it's probably just that.
