eatitlive fundraiser. Please help me raise $4 million so I can go live in the Hit Factory. →[More:] "Songs in the Key of Love," parts of "Born in the USA," Paul Simon's "Graceland" -- just some of the albums recorded there. 50 Cent was stabbed out front.

I went by there last night and saw it is to be reopened as a condo building. My neighborhood is going to shit.

It's a building. The music that was recorded there will live on indefinitely. Music will continue to be recorded in studios. Some of that music will even be good, most likely.
