...over the phone. And he wants to give me short quiz on Java and SQL and OOD.
So he asks me 20 questions (literally 20), and I get all of them right.
(Well, he gave me hints on one that's so obvious I just wasn't getting it, the principles of OOD (encapsulation, polymorphism, inheritance, abstraction), and I've been doing OOP and OOD so long, I just, you know, do it without thinking of it.)
Anyway, I get them all right, and he calls me back, and says, my resume is too good, and so they want me to re-do the test so they can write down the answers.
