You know, I have a lot of disdain for the word coworker. Am I weird for thinking it doesn't really reflect a lot of respect?

My colleagues tend to agree with me. Where's that languagehat when you need him?

I've never thought of coworker as pejorative. It's a little... insipid, but not negative.

I wondered if I should have hyphenated coworker as co-worker... but some of the emails you can send make me pee my pants laughing.

I don't find "coworker" nearly as homicidally enraging as "cow-orker" is. In fact, just reading that there makes me ARGH *foaming at mouth*

I started one at Xanga, but Xanga sucks a little compared to VOX.

The blog it is at at VOX, but it is pathetically empty. I keep meaning to get back to it. The post I am working on now, and will someday post, is about Montgomery Clift and the Right Profile.
