Yes it would be. The Roseland Ballroom is on West 52nd Street, as is The Ed Sullivan Theater (home to the Late Show with David Letterman).

To be more precise ... the Ed Sullivan Theater is on 1697 Broadway (between West 53rd and West 54th)...with the Roseland a stone's throw at 239 West 52nd.
