I've got tsuris in my tuchus. →[More:] Okay, not my actual tuchus, but just above it. I have some pretty chronic back pain right in the tailbone area. I haven't had any injuries lately, and it hurts most when I get up after sitting for a long time. Sometimes the soreness spreads to my hips and the bones in my leg. I know it's not the kidneys again since it's a different pain in a different location. Anybody else get pain like this.

Sometimes, I do. Mostly when I have been sitting funny in front of the computer at home for too long and then I stand up, I get this hot, pins and needles, needles and pins feeling with a bit of discomfort. I get it at work too, and then my legs and hips bother me too, but I sit with my legs crossed at work.

Are you sitting with your legs demurely crossed at work jonmc?

The one I was seeing here would sing while he worked on me, and I decided to se someone who was more holistic than he was.

If you were here my spin instructor would show you some stretches that would fix you right up.

But I'd make you take a Spin class first.

Sounds like a sciatic pain to me. Especially since it radiates down your leg. Not fun. If you figure out how to get rid of it, let me know!
