anyone have a ergonomic mousepad reccomendation? →[More:]
I fucked up my wrist moving rocks and I have found that if I keep my wrist on the TV remote while using the mouse it does not hurt, but that isn't the most elegant solution.

I have just the wrist rest portion of the Fellowes Gel Crystal series but it also comes in a version
with a mouse pad.

My boss used to use one of those gel wrist rest mouse pads, but it turns out they actually stress your wrist by stopping you from moving any other part of your arm - she now has to wear a brace on her wrist for several weeks.

Use the TV remote for the week or so it will take your wrist to recover.
