Amazing weather pictures Warning!!→[More:] While these pictures are amazing, the next to last picture is VERY disturbing as it contains Katrina victims.

However, the cloud formations were amazing, beautiful, and scary at the same time, and deserved to be shared. You can view up to nine pictures before the truly sad one.

Most of those awesome wall cloud, shelf cloud, etc storm photographs are NOT FROM KATRINA.

In particular go here. Mike is very cool in that he offers some amazing pics for desktop paper freely.

A lot of chasers show very small pictures or smaller pics and I think a lot of the reason is so people can not steal them. I can't count the number of times I have ran across pictures I recognized on Flickr in someone's photo stream, often being claimed as their own. Meh.

Sorry, I had no idea the pictures were not original. I just love weather, and was surprised to find them on this site to begin with. I appreciate the links! Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding.

No need to, you are not the one that posted them on a site claiming they were from Katrina. Of course the person that posted them probably does not know that either. They have been circulated a lot. Why someone bothered to start the deception to begin with is what I do not understand. It seems pointless to try and fool people into thinking the pictures were from Katrina.
