Heartfelt thanks to you sir, for the lovely book care-package. So many tantalizing titles I don't know where to begin. My three favorites so far, which I plan to carry over to the sofa in a moment, are Niemi's Popular Music from Vittula (the appeal of snow in 105 degree heat), Gifford's The Sinaloa Story (redemption and a drive-in whorehouse can't miss), and the Mark Vonnegut memoir (any story of insanity intrigues me, and boy does he look like his father). You have quite a nice press there over at Seven Stories. Again, many, many thanks. Your Divinity shines.

And Jon brought me chicken soup and fruit salad. A girl couldn't be more content.
