School House Rock video playlist (youtube) [More:]Inspired by keswick in MeTa thread #12345, I found pretty much every School House Rock video I remember from my childhood on youtube, and of course I had to put them in a playlist and post it here.

Thank you keswick.
thanks getoffmylawn, this completely rocks my Friday!

I seriously really miss this America--it's the one we were brought up to have, but we're going backwards.

I feel so much better inside after watching a few of these. Took me right back to the much calmer, simpler, happier time of my childhood.

Three is a magic number is one of my personal favorites.

There was some Schoolhouse Rock knock off where they did a song about the human body that had the verse, "Without your skeleton, you would be just like gelatin."

That always tickled my funnybone.

When my kids got old enough to use the VCR by themselves, my mother bought us a tape of the top 30 Schoolhouse Rock cartoons.

It is so fucking wonderful. I may enjoy it more than the kids do. And let me tell you, they knew their times tables before kindergarten, even if they didn't quite realize it.

I redid my Schoolhouse Rock playlist because it is Saturday morning and it felt like the thing to do. I moved the videos into categories to hopefully make it easier to find your favorite.
Numbers, grammer, history, and science.
