WYSIWYG HTML Editor for Mac OSX -Help a Wino out? →[More:]Gahhh, so I am home hooking up quick and dirty websites for various work things, really basic, links, tables, text. I've got Adobe Go Live but it is entirely too complicated and I don't want to spend the time to learn it's idiotic logic to do really simple things. I am have a tag editor which I am currently using, but it's basically a simple collection of short cuts to paste tags. What I'm looking for is somethere where I can go basically set a simple page layout, type text, bang in some hrefs and be done with it, without getting into the tags. I'm willing to spend my bosses money, but I need to be able to download it today. So any love for a fellow sufferer? I'll buy you a sausage and peppers if you hit me off.

Although I rarely use it, Dreamweaver is the only WYSIWYG editor I'd bother with. Perhaps you can download the trial and copy the code into another app (assuming the save feature will be disabled).

A simple free one is Taco. A couple of others: Rapidweaver and Sandvox.

Nvu.
Just the thing for quick / Dirty work.
Plus, it's wysiwig.
And it's freeeeeee.

Make sure that you untick the "Use CSS Styles instead of HTML elements and attributes" tickbox in the preferences before use.

Bless your hearts. Taco is what I already have. I am downloading NVU thanks. I am also just teaching myself go live. Overcomplicated as it is.
