Every so often my buddies and I get together and drink beer, smoke and take turns spinnin' the plattas that matta. At the last music night I played 'Born To Raise Hell' by Motorhead, which I downloaded from a You Send It post by Divine_Wino. I also played The Harvey Girls' (that's Metachat's own Melissa May & her husband) excellent cover of Daniel Johnston's 'Walking The Cow.' Another successful music listening night, thanks to a little help from Metachat!

Fuzzy Monster, that's so great! You've been very kind to us, and a whole lot too. I miss record parties -- we used to have them a lot. It's completely awesome that you and your friends do this regularly. If we're ever in Toronto we're busting in with a crate, fair warning.

(By the way -- we're trying like hell to finish a covers record and we think it'll be done in the next week or so. "Walking the Cow" will be on it. Keep your eyes peeled!)
