Can not rescue kitty from the clutches of e-vil! This is the only time in my public transportation existence when I have just wanted my own car already. →[More:]
I took my kitty to the vet today to get spayed and they told me she'd be ready to go home around 4, which is about when my husband can pick her up. Well, my kitty is SUPER CAT and she did so well during surgery that the vet would be happy for me to take her home right NOW but alas! Everyone I know with a car is at work and I'm not taking my poor doped up sore little feline friend on the bus with crazy people! And I have to go to work this afternoon and don't dare call out because my coworker is ridiculously incompentent.

Poor kitty will have to just stay in the cage for a few more hours. *cries*

Poor kitty.

When my cat got her teeth cleaned (required anesthesia) they actually said they like to keep the cats there until 6pm or so, even if they're up and about, because they like to keep an eye on them just in case. So it may not be the worst thing in the world.

This morning the vet said they'd keep her until 4, which was fine. And then they called and said "yeah, she can go home now."

I wonder if this is because my cat is... um... talkative.

Aw. Poor Kitty! Don't worry. She'll be fine, the vets will have to deal. She'll be home before you know it, acting all indignant and pouty.
