My latest personal anthem [More:] and as me and Hugh Janus discussed during our last booze-up, riff-rock is the best drinking music and I'm finishing up my second stout, so here's a few more riff-rockers.

Kiss - Do You Love Me
Rolling Stones - Live With Me
Led Zeppelin - Night Flight

*gets drunkenly exalted*
Speaking of Zepp... does anybody remember offhand the name of the Robert Plant bootleg that lasts for around 8 CDs and features Plant and friends noodling endlessly on their guitars while a four-track records it all?

I've been trying to recall the name with no success.

Kildevil: is it one of the ones on this page?

Tom Waits is a god to me, and that song comes from my favorite Waits album, jonmc.

I'm suspecting your link is the Ramones version, which also rocks, but Waits is still a god to me.

I love both versions, BP, and Waits is a god to me, too, but I remeber thinking when I first heard the Bros version, 'what a meeting of the minds..'

what an awesome post. totally hit the spot. thanks.

also, the jeff buckley cover of Night Flight from the extended Sin E recording is one of the finest cover songs ever recorded in my opinion.
