Love your house! I saw that tag but didn't think it was yours because you have a teenage/20ish yr old daughter, right? I remember we were teaching our daughters how to drive at the same time. None of the bedrooms says "teenage/20ish yr old girl to me so I was thinking, 'hm, this isn't dg's house'. And I was thinking wrong, apparently.

The 20 yo daughter flew the coop some time ago. We have bought 1.5 acres about 10 minutes drive from the current house and will be building a place there. It's really sad to leave this house, because we have put so much effort into it. Never mind, onward and upward.

Of course it's clean - it's for sale. I can assure you it isn't usually that clean and tidy. Can you imagine how hard it is to keep a whole house in showroom-standard clean and tidy with three small kids living in it? I wish someone would buy it just so we can go back to something resembling a normal life.
