It's been yrs since we've talked. I apologize I've been so distant but I've been on this new program that has been helping me lose my spare tire.

Well, inner tubing was a suggested activity (a suggestion I endorse by the way). I think we're just gonna rent the tubes though, so I don't think you should worry about dismantling the spare.
