Airplane and Flying Themed Music [More:]So far, we've got Jefferson Airplane, At the Bottom of Everything by Bright Eyes, In the Aeroplane Over the Sea by Neutral Milk Hotel, Leaving on a Jet Plane (I prefer the Fiona Apple version, personally), Airplane Song by Widespread Panic, Air Traffic Control by Jets to Brazil, and Airport Song by Guster. What can you add?
Guster: Airport Song

I added Grandaddy's "Aisle Seat 37-D", but I think it got swept up in comments. Let me know if you need a link.

Oh, and by the way, Airport Song is the only thing of Guster's that I've ever heard and liked.
And there's always the bands The Hellacopters, Flying Rhythms, Flying Saucer Attack, God Is My Co-Pilot, SR71 and Black Box Recorder, along with the songs Flying Turns by Crash Course in Science, Jet Boy Jet Girl by Eton Morello, Striped White Jets by Guided By Voices...

Late, but here's 'Waitress in the Sky,' and Cassetteboy's 'Fly Me to New York.' And Vijay Iyer and Mike Ladd's In What Language album is almost entirely air-travel themed.

Flying Home (Brenda's Song) by Chantal Kreviazuk.

Also, I suspect that the Fiona Apple song I love so much may actually be incorrectly labeled Chantal Kreviazuk. Weird.

Learning to Fly / Pink Floyd

Also, I heard something about an aeroplane by Neutral Milk Hotel on Radio MeCha this evening.

Oh, and for some weirdness, a techno version of Fly me to the Moon [mp3] from the closing credits to Neon Genesis Evangelion. There are a bunch of other versions from the series at animejukebox
