Charges in the Harvey Family murders →[More:]A follow-up to the post jon made earlier in the week about the tragic, horrific murder of Bryan Harvey and his family on New Year's Day. (The two arrested have also been charged in a triple murder as well.) With two suspects and robbery now assumed to be the motive, it really bears some chilling similarities to In Cold Blood.

Seconded. I've been upset about this all week -- honestly haven't slept well, thinking about those poor little girls and their parents being unable to help them... god. It's just unspeakable.

VA has the death penalty -- and one of the highest records in the US of using it.

Even sadder is that another family had to die before their crime spree was halted.
