PDF techie help, please? Edited and crossposted from my LJ.

After learning last year that a guy I used to date was murdered, I'm somewhat leery of what I'll find when I decide to go Google-hunting for people from my past or high school.
There's one person whom I will always seek out, however, and that's my first boyfriend. I know that he's alive and okay because when I was in California for my friend's wake, my mom said that she had run into him at the local Target. I know from a conversation my sister had with two of his friends from high school that he went into the Navy after moving north to the Seattle-area with his family (wife, kid, stepkid) and helped out with the tsunami relief.
But God help me, I still search for him online to see if there's any other information I can find out. And here's where I need the techie help.
There's a PDF file that I want to get to (
www.cvn72.navy.mil/pao/penny/07feb05.pdf). In it is an article about him doing art for the sides of air flasks for the forward catapults on the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln. Every time I click on the Google link, it times out, but the "View as HTML" option works okay (that's how I got the details out so I could write the summary of the article). The problem with the HTML version of the PDF is that the last two pages of the article are formatted in a weird way and I can't read the last few paragraphs or so. Also, there are lots of pictures and I want to see if his art has changed since we broke up.
Can anyone here help me get a copy of this PDF?
