The New Orleans (and Gulf Coast - but, really, the New Orleans freak show) tragedy made hurricanes big, big business. Big entertainment. Big crappy news.

The difference between what I've found on Google News these days, when looking for Rita stuff, is incredibly different than what I found when looking for news about Katrina, pre-horror.
