            <description>okay comforts is not putting it right, but I meant like going out for a run boots my mood hugely, bad lighting depresses it, indigestion or too much caffeine has me worrying, etc. which is all basic and understandable but my point is that the thoughts that result about whether life is going well pretend to be referenced to something else than these circumstantial things</description>

            <description>And I find the opposite is true as well with my depression. TMI: last night I showered for the first time in a week. I love feeling clean, I love the feel of a shower, but it's difficult to get myself to the point I will take one.</description>

And it's a little scary that people behave as though they have no idea that not only their own, but other people's words and actions are affected by what they ate, how much they  slept, environmental stress, and all those other everyday things that are never the same every day.</description>
