            <description>They really should fix that. I understand that gift certificates are easier for them to deal with, but it seems like demand for giving a particular book is going to increase.

On a side note, I'll be finally getting a Kindle in the next few weeks and am quite jacked.</description>

            <description>For me, the Kindle falls awkwardly in between the portability of a smartphone and the versatility of a tablet. And e-ink isn't quite yet where I'd like it to be in terms of contrast and speed. But the device is secondary. It's e-reading in general that is the revelation.

Mass-market paperbacks used to be good as something you could stick in your back pocket. Now I'm carrying an entire bookshelf in a smaller package that weighs about the same.

It's a world of wonders, I tell you.</description>
