I used to play ISC a lot, but have kinda gotten away from it. Last I knew, it only supported 'live' play. There are always people to play with, but, if you want to play with your friends, that may not be helpful. I asked an AskMe question about play-by-email games a while back--you might like some of the suggestions. In retrospect, though, I should've phrased the question better.

Once you set up the game you can continue to use that board without having to set it up each time. It is weird getting used to the new colours but it is nice to be able to play in Facebook again. Why I could barely even hold one of those travel scrabble tiles without fumbling it and getting it lost in my sleeve with the handkerchief I keep there, and scoring? aaaaahh, forget it, I can't read anything that tiny! How can you?! Now it's all beeps and boops and you have to join a "group"! And the mouse keeps going up my sleeve and getting lost in the handkerchief and I thought I put my tea down right here zzZZZzzZZZz
