What is the December Musical Gifstravaganza (DMG)?

It's a way for MetaChatters to recommend and share holiday music throughout the month of December. MetaChatters sign up for a certain day or set of days throughout the month, then post some music to share. Of course, you are also encouraged to incorporate videos, images, personal stories, lyrics, and whatever else you think goes along with your selection.
